Warranty
All returns and adjustments are subject to the following conditions:
ENGINES & TRANSMISSIONS WARRANTY
- Standard 5-Year & 7-Year Warranty
- Covers both parts & labor
- If any issue arises within the warranty period, our local mechanic will replace the engine with another of the same mileage
- Replacement Timeframe: 5 – 7 days
RETURNS
- Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase
- The original invoice is required for all returns
- Parts must be returned in the same condition, complete, and undamaged
- 20% restocking fee applies to all returns
- Refunds for custom prepped parts are subject to a 30% labor charge
- Cores must be drained of fluids and returned complete as sold to receive credit
- Deposits & pre-paid special order parts are non-refundable
- All returns are for in-store credit (Credit memos expire one year from the return date)
PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
- Price adjustment requests must be made within 10 days of purchase
- Adjustments will not exceed 50% of the original price
- The part must be in returnable condition
- A Grade Car Parts may require documentation or photos as proof
- All price adjustments are for in-store credit (Credit memos expire one year from issuance)
WARRANTY INFORMATION
Small Parts / Electrical Parts / Mechanical Accessories
- 6-month part replacement warranty unless stated otherwise on the invoice
- Warranty claims must be made within this timeframe
- Original invoice required for warranty claims
- The defective part must be returned to A Grade Car Parts for replacement
- Lifetime part replacement warranty is available for an additional fee
Driveline and Major Components
- 6-month part replacement warranty unless otherwise noted
- Warranty claims must be made within this period
- Original invoice required for any warranty claim
- Defective components must be available for inspection while installed before warranty coverage is considered
- New fluids, filters, seals, and gaskets must be used in installation (proof of purchase required)
- Parts & Labor warranties available (Labor claims based on Chilton Labor Guide at $80/hour, up to $500)
- A Grade Car Parts reserves the right to choose the repair facility
Sheet Metal / Body Parts
- Lifetime corrosion or manufacturer defect replacement warranty
- Original invoice required for warranty claims
- Defective parts must be returned to A Grade Car Parts for replacement
WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:
- Loss of time, inconvenience, towing expenses, rental cars, or commercial loss
- Installation expenses or additional components like gaskets, seals, filters, thermostats, hoses, belts, spark plugs, injectors, etc.
- Claims due to accidents, neglect, improper installation, or overheating
- Parts used in commercial, racing, or off-road vehicles
- All warranties are non-transferable (Valid only for the original purchaser)
